Prioritising exercise for parents to inspire the next generation
Waihape Workouts was established in 2018 and has helped many parents in Ermington and the surrounding suburbs to take control of their health and well-being. Our Bootcamp program showcases different training structures that take on a holistic style to training creating a strong sense of community, while forming a supportive environment for our members to progress with their health and fitness aspirations.
Our Small Group Strength Training focuses on building a solid foundation with our members technique when performing strength based movements. We then create training programs that will help our parents progress with their strength goals by coninuously advancing exercises, resistance, and program structures.

Our Cowells Lane Reserve based bootcamp in Ermington adjacent from Fitzgerald Rd, showcases different training styles including circuit training, strength training, HIIT/metabolic, mobility and flexibility training for parents aspiring to be the strongest and fittest versions of themselves.
This beautiful reserve is covered with a range of grassed areas, trees and a variety of wildlife. Creating the perfect setting for you to start your health and fitness journey with Waihape Workouts.
